We are primarily an Owner \ Operator based business that handles all aspects of construction, development, permitting and inspection services. Luckily, but not by chance, our business has grown over the years, which has forced us to expand and contract as the market conditions fluctuate and the amount of work from new and existing clients becomes available. Nonetheless, as a Management Team, we pride ourselves on making sure that at least one of our Owner \ Operator \ Manager’s is always on our job sites. It just goes back to our two most paramount rules that I mentioned above.

Our company has worked in the Tampa, Orlando, Naples and Miami areas over the last 20 plus years and has provided work and services for a multitude of Developers \ Investment Groups as well as Homeowners alike. Specifically, in a down and turbulent market where new construction has been minimal, our management tream has have built and/or remodeled over 500 homes in the last 10 years getting them “MODEL” showroom and turnkey condition.
